So, I have been kind of wanting a game system lately. I miss having one. I'd really like to have guitar hero and animal crossing, so I am thinking Wii. BUT, I have never played a Wii before. So, I was hoping that I could get some feedback about Wiis. They're pretty expensive to me (considering the job situation), but I could get the system for Christmas. Then, considering all the extra controllers, then the games, etc it will be a pricey thing. I am just unsure of whether the system & games are worth the price.
Thanks in advance for your opinions.

So, I am SUPER excited. I received a call yesterday from a woman, at the Huntsville Times who saw my flyer at Bandito. She will be featuring me in an artical she is writing. GET SUNDAYS PAPER! SHE SAID I WILL BE ON A1! That's thrilling. I hope she's accurate, it will be my first time on the cover of a paper! The artical is about ways to bring joy into your life right now while we're going through such an economic struggle.
She did not know if she would have a photographer, so my friend came over and took tons of photos. I posted them behind the cut.

Hello!
I have several hoops that I have already made and taped up that I am wanting to sell. I have a variety of color combinations and sizes to choose from. The hoops are 1" in diameter and weight approximately 1-2 pounds, depending on size and how much tape was used. All of the hoops come with an interior "grip" tape to assure the hoop will stick
to your body.
I am selling them for $20 (which is a 20% discount) since I chose all of the color combinations that the hoops have.

This video is from my very first fire hoop dancing performance last Saturday at the New Moon Social and Book Burning. My camera died, so I do not have a video of the whole thing, but someone was nice enough to send this from their phone to me. I'll hopefully have a better one to post soon. :)

Hey everyone, Food Not Bombs is going to be having a benefit show at the Flying Monkey Arts Center on March 15. 2008. We are hoping to have a silent art auction and are in need of contributions of any kind, whether it be a painting, photography, sculpture, whatever! It will be going to a very good cause, [We are an all volunteer group and any money raised goes straight to the organization's needs. We're hoping to purchase freezers, storage space, tables, as well as other various items we are in need of], plus free promotion of your artwork. Also, we're hoping to have a raffle, if you know of any businesses that may donate, please let me know as well.
